The centrally air conditioned and heated condo is 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, and boasts a spacious 1,500 square feet with white ceramic tile floors throughout.
The condo is tastefully furnished in soft muted tones with a "beachy" theme.
The living area and the master bedroom both have sliding glass doors opening onto the large balcony, creating spectacular views from throughout the unit. Be lulled to sleep with the endless sound of the surf.
The unit is in the center of the building and these few, choice center units and their very private balconies jut out further than the rest of the building. The result is an incredible view both up and down the beach, rather than just straight out. The effect is like having the view from "both corners" of the building from your balcony. The balcony has two chaise lounges and a dining table that seats four to six in complete privacy.
The Living Area. The living area opens onto the balcony and has a fabulous view of the beach and Gulf. It is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, love seat, and easy chair. There is an entertainment cabinet, complete with a flat panel television with cable TV, DVD & CD players.
We also keep a paperback library, assorted games, and a small video library. Bring your favorite music and games or take "pot luck" with ours. Local telephone service and 800-number calling is available.
Beachfront Master Bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable television and DVD player, a separate dressing area with vanity, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled garden tub. The sliding glass door opens onto the balcony overlooking the pool area, the beach, and the lovely Gulf of Mexico. The condo has a split bedroom plan, with the other two bedrooms being on the opposite side of the unit. Both of these bedrooms have a view of Boca Ciega Bay, part of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The second largest bedroom has one queen
and one twin bed. The third bedroom has one double bed. Both
of these bedrooms have their own cable television and a DVD player or VCR.
The second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms. It is a
full bath, with a shower and tub. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Dining Area. The spacious dining area has a six seat rattan dining table with a washed finish.
The Kitchen. The kitchen has Corian counters, a large breakfast bar, a large refrigerator with ice-maker, a full size range with oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, pot and pans, and kitchen towels. The kitchen is very well equipped, since we use this unit ourselves and enjoy preparing meals there.
The Laundry. There is a full size washer and dryer in the hall closet, inside the unit. Treat yourself to valet service with free pick-up and delivery from nearby Suncoast Cleaners (Mon-Fri) by calling 395-0037; or save at Suds n' Surf Laundry when you drop-off and pick-up (14995 Gulf Blvd, only a few blocks away).
