You'll find many resort amenities right at your own condominium! There is a heated swimming pool (in fact, your balcony overlooks the pool, as well as the beach and the Gulf of Mexico), a nearby heated hot tub/Jacuzzi, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool, two tiki huts, a picnic table and a gas BBQ grill, all around the sunny pool deck, and all with a gorgeous view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Step through the pool deck's gate, directly onto the well groomed, frequently raked sand and you'll see festive royal blue beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, available for rent from the beach concessionaire. Of course, you're welcome to just bring your own beach towels and stretch out, too. There is also a beach volleyball net set up for your enjoyment. Onsite Property Manager and Maintenance Staff. The condo building has a friendly, onsite property manager to handle your check-in, give you your key, and help ensure that your visit runs smoothly. The building also has a full time maintenance person on staff. Major appliances are under maintenance contracts for quick repair. Additionally, we live nearby in Tampa, so you can rent this condo with peace of mind. You will see as soon as you arrive that the building and common areas are extremely well maintained, as is our condo unit inside. Avoid the inconvenience of an off-site check-in and check-out, no onsite maintenance staff or an unavailable absentee owner.
