We truly enjoyed our stay. Your condo is just beautiful and very comfortable. What a view! Quite often, we see dolphins [bottled nose porpoise) while sitting on the balcony. Our week was just what we all needed -- total relaxation. The beach is spectacular, and there are so many things to see and do in the area. Highlights included a fishing trip with Captain Jay of CJ FLASTS Saltwater Charters and DisneyWorld's "Spooktacular Halloween." Great food was had at Sea Critters and Conch Republic. Thanks for having us. We had a great time staying busy. Sue, the onsite manager, is a great help. Ft. DeSoto is incredible; check it out for sure. The little pub across the street is good -- $.99 breakfast items, swell BBQ and wraps. Conch Republic restaurant has great blackened grouper. Check out a Rays baseball game at "The Trop". Another great vacation at your beautiful condo! This is our second year staying here and we loved it. We highly recommend visiting Fort DeSoto State Park (lots of sand dollars) and going to Egmont Key for lots of shells. You can catch the ferry at Fort DeSoto Park. We had a nice time during our first stay at Madeira Beach. We had fun while visiting Busch Gardens, jet skiing and taking a trip our to Shell Island with Hubbards at John's Pass. We stopped at John's Pass and the International Mall in Tampa. The Greko Grill was a great place to eat, as well as Landry's in Tampa. We try to always get "403" -- it is so nice! Since we're retired, we have some "wiggle-room" to take it when it happens to be available. We all had an enjoyable week at your condo. We are three couples from the Philadelphia area. Two couples are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year, the other couple their 49th. We had lots of laughs, a good time at the pool, and sampled many of the fine restaurants in the area. Would certainly recommend the Don Cesar hotel for an elegant lunch. Thanks for letting us “live” at your condo at Seaview for the last week. We had an absolutely beautiful week and enjoyed every minute on the beach and in the pool. Your unit is very nice and worked great for our 3 children. The men went deep sea fishing out of John’s Pass one day and brought back some grey snapper so we had steaks and snapper for dinner -- it was great. They also went to a Phillies/Tampa Devil Rays' game in St. Petersburg and enjoyed that. The area was nice and easy to get to Busch Gardens and our church in North Tampa. We are now home, thankfully not as cold as it was when we left, and hoping it will warm up soon to Florida weather. We just returned from Florida and wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. My husband bought a fishing pole and did some casual fishing early in the mornings while our two boys, ages 7 and 9 slept in every day. We all enjoyed playing on the beach during the day and when we were inside we spent our time relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins. We visited John’s Pass, The Candy Kitchen and took many long walks on the beach. We also visited Ft. DeSoto, took a pirate cruise in Clearwater and went to a Blue Jay’s baseball game in Dunedin. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. It is very clean and comfortable, which makes it even harder for us to leave. We came with our two boys, ages 7 and 9. We all agreed that our favorite thing to do all week was absolutely nothing! We played in the sand and water all day and when we came inside, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Had a brilliant week enjoying the sun, sand and surf. Watching the pelicans and dolphins were amazing. Our week went by so fast! The views were outstanding. Spent five wonderful days here in the company of our daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren who had driven down from Toronto. We flew out from Scotland to meet up with them. What a wonderful visit to the beach! You are the perfect hosts -- it was such fun. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach condo. The furnishings are beautiful and what a great view from up here. We loved being able to park in a covered garage area too. We learned about the condo from our son-in-law's parents who own a condo here. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandchildren here while our daughter and her husband stayed in his parent's condo. Our families enjoyed dining in the local restaurants together. We celebrated Thanksgiving together. We are grateful for your well-equipped kitchen and for your comfortable condo. It worked out great for our family. We've been coming to this are for over 10 years. This is the 17th condo complex we've stayed in but this has already become #1! Complex is clean, well managed and friendly. Thank you for the nice clean unit with a wonderful view. Seaview is a wonderful complex with such nice management and the cleanliness of everything including the stairwells and pool made it extra wonderful. The sleeping arrangements worked out well with the 20 month old in the back bedroom in a crib….she was happy and so were we! We appreciated the fact that your unit is uncluttered and a DVD in every room … it’s decorated just right with not “too” much stuff sitting around for little hands to grab. Wow! We loved your place and had an absolutely fantastic time at Mad Beach! This was our first time here and we'll be sure to come back again. The view is spectacular -- the beach, the sunsets, the dolphins, ocean and pool -- just BEAUTIFUL! Just wanted to drop you both a line and say "THANK YOU" so very much for renting your condo. We rented the week of May 5th - May 12th with 5 other people. What a wonderful view!! Everything you mentioned on your condo site was exactly how it was. What a spectacular view. We have numerous pictures of the dolphins in the surf. Sunsets were amazing. John's Pass was one of our stops and what a great way to spend an afternoon and evening shopping. We went parasailing which was another great time. "We keep coming back this year was year nine. We leave winter behind -- we welcome the sunshine. We keep coming back we love the sunset. We know that unit 403 is always a safe bet. The owners are concerned and keep it like home. It's neat clean and comfortable -- makes us feel like it's our own. The restaurants are great -- walking the beach is a blast. We get up early and get out real fast. Sitting at the pool it's fun to nap and to look. Also a great opportunity to read a good book. We get there early and sit in the same chairs. On Saturday morning we check out the fairs. On Wednesday night cookouts with friends that we've made leave us many a fond memory that we just won't let fade. "The condo and view were just beautiful. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute. The folder with the restaurant reviews and menus really came in handy to make our decisions on where we were going to eat. We got pizza from the Original Pizza. It was very good. One other night we ordered Lasagna, soup, bread and appetizers from Original Pizza and it was very good too. The delivery was quick. We also ate at Sculleys, Friendly Fisherman and had a steak at Salt Rock Grill and that was excellent too. We just loved John's Pass. I think we were there at least 3 different times. . ." . Sis
